Ordered part on line using registration of vehicle, picked parts up after stripping down to find they were incompatible with the vehicle, had to go back to store to get correct parts, new parts were £20 more or i would have had to wait 3 days for parts to arrive, also refund to my bank for the initial purchase is still forthcoming, one member of staff who couldn't have been slower
