Very poor service and terrible customer care. I bought an item who was sent to me via DHL, and for some unknown reason was returned to the shop after days of waiting for it. I got an email saying the item was refunded (still waiting for the money to get back to my account), and when I contacted customer support about it, they basically told me I was on my own. They had no idea why the item was sent back, they just told me to order it again (but it was sold out) and to contact DHL myself, and never once apologised for the inconvenience. "Greg" was most unhelpful a bordering on rude. I do not recommend to buy from them, what a nightmare !
