He answered the phone on the second ring (we could never actually connect with a human voice with our prior service provider). He listened and offered a reasoned assessment of what our technical needs were. Because we had quests at hour holiday home who had been without service for so long, Richard adjusted his schedule so that he could drive out to our property with just 2 days notice. He spent 5 hours addressing multiple deficiencies and left our home with fully functioning WiFi. We are so thankful to have found Europasat Italia. Richard's professionalism has been exemplary and he continues to be accessible despite having completed the needed repairs.
