I acquired a second hand satellite system, not very old and in good condition. Its mac address was with Orange in France by the previous owners. Europasat from the very start were helpful, with advice and information. Initially they told me that I needed the previous owner to have the mac address removed. They had nothing to do with the installation or setting up. There are people in my area here in France who deal in satellite systems. I was passed on from one to another, one did give me the Orange English speaking phone number. Orange refused to remove it. Got back to Europasat, within half an hour the mac address was removed from Orange. Hence I am now with Europasat. All the people I dealt with were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to talk too.
