Dominic, at the Oxfordshire office, was knowledgeable and splendidly helpful. He did what he said he would do. We paid what he said we would pay and the dish, router, modem and nuts and bolts arrived when he said they would arrive.
However, when it came to activating the installation (08.10.15) we were puzzled for some time that nothing worked. It was only when we telephoned the Technical Department that we learned that the system was suffering an outage. I believe that this is an Americanism for "breakdown". Eventually the system was restored, we were able to complete activation and all has worked well since.
We hope that system breakdowns are rare.
