As an installer of various satellite internet systems, my experience with Europasat shows that there is a significant difference between Europasat and other satellite ISPs: Sales and tech support are friendly and competent, as a technician, and since my main need as an installer is tech support, I can say: these people really know what they are talking about. Furthermore, I called in on a Sunday, lately, being completely blocked on an installation, just to figure out when on Monday I could possibly call again by listening to the answerphone, when I found tech support open!
