Within little more than an hour of my posting a negative one star review I was contacted by Philip Legge, Europasat Customer Services Manager, who took considerable time and trouble to help resolve my cyber frustration.
The missing star is
a) Because I could not get through initially and
b) It is still a bit of a chore for me to monitor my usage, where before it was easy-peasy.
However, Philip Legge's helpful intervention has gone a long way to restoring my faith.
