Katie dealt with my enquiry without fuss or pressure. She was able to explain an option which might fit our situation. She was happy to open an e mail line of communication. This would (probably) work better than the phone which cannot be said to work well. In the modern age, the satellite system will have to adjust to the need for unlimited data at reasonable cost. This is what the market expects, but we ain't quite there yet!
