I called in with two problems, one long-standing relating to my VoIP service, one new. The first member of the technical team simply told me that Europasat didn't offer a phone service, and disconnected the line. That part was very disatisfactory, and the technician deserves a negative score for his politeness and efforts. I called back as soon as the line was re-established, and this time Gabor answered. I explained the first problem. He knew immediately what the problem was, and how to solve it. Then I explained the second one. That was more tricky, but he knew what to do, what information he needed me to collect my end, who to send this information to, and the problem was resolved by the end of the day. I have had a satellite internet connection for 7 years, until February with BeyonDSL, and now with yourselves, and have had frequent issues and many frustrating phone calls with them over the years. I will have spoken to 30 or 40 different people. I would say that Gabor ranks in the top three of all these technicians. He has a pleasant manner, is polite and efficient, and quick to understand the problem. If I get another problem in the future, I hope he is working when I call in!
