In general the sat system is reliable and reasonably priced but does not attain the upload and download speeds advertised. In particular we have problems with "facetime" in that we never obtain a video link (despite chatting to one of your staff about it a few months ago).
The website is helpful and provides a good level of information. It would be helpful if you could provide day by day usage (graph or list) to complement the usage data you currently provide.
