The whole process, from the initial e-mail enquiry, through the follow-up responses to queries, the arranging to undertake a test run, the placing of the order, the delivery and finally the installation, has been conducted in a very friendly and professional manner.
What I thought might be a fraught process, has been relatively pain free and I was able to get on and use the internet without any problems.
