The service I receive is good and to date I have not had cause to complain. When requesting information regarding usage queries the response has been quick and informative. The only thing which frustrates me is having what used to be "unlimited" use which is now capped at 50,000mb. I find this difficult to explain to visiting friends/family who use our internet. They remind me that their provider offers "totally unlimited" usage. Ultimately I believe this will compel me to move to another provider with "unlimited" use.
