Terrible customer service. Have been e mailing repeatedly them since we cancelled the satellite service on 16th June and not had any response - until today - six weeks later - when I get an e mail saying that as I have not contacted them they are about to charge me for keeping their equipment! Very poor
Changing to a 4G service with another provider - the 4G is much faster and more reliable than the satellite was and a whole lot cheaper as well
