I have had a pretty good experience using Europasat, for the Tooway system for our villa in Italy. They shipped all the kit from the UK for us and I installed it myself (you do need a laptop to do this, if you are thinking of undertaking this yourself and know a little about satellite communications). The experience was let down a little by the fact that the activation code I was given didn't work in Italy, then spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get through to Technical Support back in the UK to get the activation code corrected, which I did eventually.
