Never again.
Booked an international door-to-door delivery. Collecting courier -according to eurosender a subcontractor, GLS germany - failed to show up not only once but 4 times (full days staying at home 9-18h waiting and not going to work) spread along 2 weeks. Complaining about this got me the answer that the courier did indeed show up (gas lighting anyone?), even if nobody rang (there are witnesses of this, I live in a shared flat) nor was there any notification of visit on my letterbox or door.
The help center people are very nice and there are very talented people writing reviews. But I did not pay 29 euros to exchange emails with help center nor reading reviews.
After canceling the service, Eurosender insists in not reimbursing me, even if they did not deliver proof that the courier even tried to show up in the agreed time frame. No taking of responsibility, no respect for the signed contract, just blaming the client or the subcontractor.
We have here a self denominated delivery company which doesn't even manage to collect parcels in a reasonable amount of time.
Never again.
