I ordered the services of Eurosender to get 2 bags from Portugal to Hungary. The bags had the same pick-up address but 2 different destinations.
When the courier came, asking for the two different orders, telling the sender the two different addresses, the sender handed over the bags.
Later both bags arrived at the same address and we had to correct the wrong delivery ourselves.
When contacting Eurosender, after about 2 months of tedious emailing, Eurosender told me that the sender was wrong to give the two bags to the courier. The sender should have denied the courier's request for the two bags and only hand over one as there had been an email about 2 weeks before the pick-up date that mentioned different courier companies for the bags. Though the rebooking emails didn't mention any of that and unfortunately there were many rebookings as the courier companies didn't find the address. Then suddenly it worked.
It is strange that the other courier company never appeared at the sender's door. And why would Eurosender give the details of both orders and addresses to one company if it's not supposed to pick up both of them?
Very disappointed.
