Absolutely, completely awful. The only reason to use Eurosender over a courier directly was for them to help with customs paperwork. I sent an urgent package with them, they arranged for UPS to collect and deliver the parcel, but then did zero of the customs paperwork for nearly two weeks.
As they were technically listed as the sender, UPS would not process the delivery until Eurosender submitted the paperwork, which after 2 weeks of chasing them they still have not done correctly. What was meant to be a one business day express delivery is now over two weeks, and my shipment is still stuck with UPS because Eurosender won't do their jobs.
It took over a week of daily calls to get them to submit the customs paperwork- and another week later it seems they've submitted the wrong information.
Daily phone calls and being told it'll be fixed that day- we're two weeks in and still no delivery. UPS say they have contacted Eurosender every time there have been missing / incorrect details in the paperwork, and each time it takes a phone call from me to Eurosender for them to be made aware they have a new email from UPS they have to read.
They could not have done a worse job.
