Awful experience, they dont follow their deadlines and there is no information in case the courier does not show up. In my case, this is what happened, the courier did not show up, nobody told me and I finally had to take it to a shipping point with the corresponding charges.
At Eurosender customer service, they always say that it is the fault of the courier company and they are just an intermediary. In short, they avoid any responsibility, because it is with them that a service is contracted. Nefarious customer service.
