Just don't try them. I tried to send something and they cooperate with big companies like fedex,ups etc and I don't know how they do it. They should have picked up my item four times and I had to wait them in my home these days and never showed up. The result was to lost the date of delivery, pay upfront the money, lost a lot of time in emails, waiting, from my job, be stressed and in the end they told me they will refund me with 80%. Even they plan this embezzlement in small amounts of money and made you cancel your delivery or they are totally incapable and you shouldn't trust them with items if you won't lose them.
