DISASTER!
Ordered pickup for 29/01 stating that I need a parcel by 04/02, was assured that it's gonna happen as shipping takes 3 business days. Pickup on 29/01 didn't happen. Called them straight away, customer support agent Nr. 1 assured me that pickup will be done next day (30/01) first thing in the morning. Didn't happen on 30/01, called again. Agent Nr.2 was super rude, unhelpful & kept bullying me that I have stated the wrong address and such place doesn't exist in London, although address is totally legit and confirmed by the sender of parcel and her colleague agent Nr.1 the previous day, who double-checked details of my order. In the end agent Nr.2 assured me that she arranged pickup for today (30/01) and it will happen for sure. 1h later received e-mail with rescheduled pickup date for 31/01. Called again agent Nr.2 and she hung up on me 2 times, without even speaking to me. Called help desk, guy kept asking me to stay on the line and he will connect me to customer support. Waited on the line for 10-15min, constantly someone picked up the line and hung up on me. Finally agent Nr.3 spoke to me. If I want parcel to arrive on time I have to pay extra 150 EUR (additionally to 45 EUR already paid). No guarantee, no possibility to cancel and get a refund, no reason why pickup is being postponed two days in a row. Nothing, just straight "WE DON'T CARE" attitude from Eurosender team. 2 of my claim tickets were ignored, no reply.
Very angry, unsatisfied with the service, just awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
