Overall experience was nice, but handling of the baggages wasn't that good because few items was broken and suitcase had few scratches outside. Also, I precisely mentioned to deliver on the 7th floor but they left the baggages on the ground floor at entry gate.
otherwise pick up and delivery timing was smooth and nice. Thank you for the service.
