They say that they can ship alcohol safely but I ordered a shipment of a whisky bottle and it arrived at my address in pieces, like the parcel had been thrown to the walls. And even though they claim any shipment has a basic insurance of up to 200 euros, because of their stuffed terms and conditions they exclude a lot of items and situations in which you could get reimbursed.
If you want to ship alcohol - look for another alternative.

- no shipment safety
- no way to be reimbursed for alcohol items
