Despite having paid our purchase nearly 4 weeks before, I have never received the parcel I ordered to be picked up!!! Even after having placed the order for a second time, nothing happened and I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive at my home address. Therefore, Eurosender deserves the absolute lowest rating, even less than "Very Poor" because they kept the money without fulfilling the task.
