Ho usato per due volte il vostro servizio e il corriere è passato per il ritiro del pacco nell’orario di chiusura della farmacia, nel secondo ordine ho specificato nelle note gli orari di apertura ma non sono stati trasmessi al corriere. Ho dovuto risolvermi il problema telefonando più volte a DHL perché tramite le segnalazioni a voi la merce è rimasta ferma per ben due giorni nonostante abbia pagato in anticipo un servizio di spedizione veloce
