They lose packages or delay in delivery often (once they lost my package for 3 months and after more than 40 emails exangues and 80€ spent calling the offices and the local storage places, they delivered it totally destroyed).
Last time I gave a change after that, the guy who picked up my package didn’t want my help to take it from the door to the car and in the way let in fall on the floor 3 times smashing it a lot. The package arrived the destination almost one week after the date supposed to arrive
