The costumer sevice department was very helpful and responded fairly quickly to any questions or requests.
However, there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication between the courier companies that resulted in unnecessary delays. For example, some of the sender's and recipient's details were wrong which meant that there was no way for us to be contacted. Also, there was insufficient information regarding the place were the parcel was left and I had to go or call various post offices to track it down.
