The support team is excellent. They were extreme professional and dedicate in helping me to determine the right solution for shipment of furnitures from a Furniture store in Budapest to Vienna. The process was not easy due to I did not know the exact number of boxes for the unassembled furnitures. As well the assistance in translation when the courier come to the store to pick up the furnitures and give me live update. Super helpful, and I am so grateful for the staff's assistance.
