We had a really fantastic trip traveling by rail from London, to Paris, to Venice, to Vienna, to Prague, thank you. The customer service team were awesome and very patient in helping plan the trip with us continually make tweaks until we were happy with the route. I asked for hotels in the city centres not too far from the stations and that's exactly what we got. We loved all the Hotels we stayed in and the central locations made life really easy which is what we wanted. Our Euroventure pack was great, the train tickets all worked perfectly and we found the personalised booklet really helpful. It was an incredibly smooth trip overall and that includes a cancelled train due to a train strike in Vienna. One phone call (on a Saturday) and a couple of emails later we were booked on a luxury coach which arrived in Prague within half an hour of our planned train. This was sorted perfectly for us and kept us on track. Overall we had an epic trip and would highly recommend the Euroventure team. I've no doubt we'll book through them again in the future.
