The team at Euroventure were professional and efficient right from the booking stage to our return home. We did 4 weeks travelling across Europe in the summer of 2016, the hostels that were chosen were clean, comfortable and friendly. Some of them were nicer than some of the hotels I have stayed in! I have booked to go back to one of the hostels in Berlin for a short break as it was so good. We were given clear instructions which told us exactly how to get to each hostel right down to the exact bus/ tram that we would need to take and the name of the stop that we got on/ off. One of the hostels wasn't to our liking so we called our Euroventure rep Catherine who sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. We were refunded immediately for the accommodation and were able to book somewhere else quickly. Travelling by train was fast and fun, again we were provided with train timetables and reserved seats were a real bonus on the busier journeys. I would definitely use Euroventure again for my next European adventure. Highly recommended.
