The travel pack was so useful, particularly the recommendations of things to do and places to eat. In most places we went to we did at least one of the recommendations and not once were we disappointed. It was refreshing just to have a short list of things to do, as rather than being overwhelmed by information as you are with most guidebooks, it made us actually want to try the suggestions. I was also very impressed when on one day we had a problem with our hostel in Croatia (the owners did not think we had paid), I rang up the out-of-hours number and our problem was dealt with immediately. All in all we had the most brilliant trip and the service Euroventure provided was excellent, from the pre-trip communications to the extensively detailed travel pack (don't know what we would have done without it!). All emails from Euroventure were very friendly, as was everybody I spoke to over the phone. I don't know why all inter-railers don't book through Euroventure as it takes the stress out of all the planning and organising. All of it is done for you! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!
