The travel pack was excellent and extremely helpful. It provided concise important info in a conviently sized package. The extra info on the interrail pass was useful to clear up any confusion along the way. The hostels were amazing and there was zero problems checking in and the fact it was prepaid in advance made things even easier. Directions to the hostels were always spot on and the use of specific shops etc as landmarks made the directions so easy to follow.
