Where to begin! Firstly, if you want absolute peace of mind when you are traveling then there really isn’t any other company to use or to book your trip though. That may sound like an outrageous claim, but once you read this review then you will definitely see why. Prior to completing my six-week Pan-European trip, I had done little to no traveling. It was fair to say that I was a rookie and that’s why I decided to book my trip through Euroventure Travel Ltd. For a fixed (and very fair) price you pay for all of your transportation and accommodation. To me that was one of my biggest worries: how will I get around? Within one week of purchasing my package, I received a travel pack that included everything I would need for my trip. It included all of my tickets for the trains and buses not covered by my Interrail Pass, in included my Interrail Pass, a guide on how to fill it out, a list of the dates I would need to enter on my pass, a timetable, instructions on how to get to and from bus and train stations and hostels, recommendations for places to visit, eat, drink and party and even a phrasebook containing key phrases in the languages of the countries I would be visiting! It was amazing and it definitely helped ease some of the anxiousness and nervousness that comes with traveling alone for the first time. Euroventure really did think of everything! The travel pack also included a list of all of the hostels I would be staying in and the dates I would arrive and leave. One of the greatest options that Euroventure offers is the ability for you to tailor-make your own itinerary. It is 100% customizable. Although I did not do this for my own trip, I did meet plenty of people who were either on customizable trips or had used this option with Euroventure in the past. Everywhere I went I heard nothing but praise for this company and here a few examples of why I would book with them again. 1. Their customer service is second to none. They are always willing to help (they even replied to a few direct messages on Twitter on the weekend!) and sort out any situation that you may have, or answer any questions. Their response time was extremely fast and their customer service team was always delightful to go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. On one of my trips I didn't have a reserved ticked included in my travel pack – I contacted them and they were very quick to issue me a refund for the price of the reservation that I had to pay out of pocket, which was incredibly nice and professional of them. I know of other companies that have blamed the customer for losing them or blaming the customer for a mistake that the company made. Yes, it was a little stressful but the professionalism and the willingness to offer a full refund (£20) was such a nice gesture that it did not damped my trip in anyway shape or form. 2. They make Interrailing easy. Yes, it is in their slogan but they really do! As I mentioned above I had such a peace of mind moving from city to city or country to country, knowing that my accommodations and train tickets or bus tickets were already sorted and already having instructions and maps of where to go and how to get to the hostels safely. That was such a great feeling and if you are thinking about traveling alone for the first time it definitely is reassuring and takes off a whole load of stress. I couldn’t recommend booking with Euroventure enough. 3. The hostels were all incredible. I did not stay in a hostel that I didn’t like. They were all very clean and nice and again, by booking your accommodation through Euroventure all I had to do was show up and state I had a reservation and it was as easy as counting to three. The hostels vary in vibes, some were filled with a younger more outgoing crowd and some were very relaxed and calmer. I even stayed in a 4-star hotel once and that was incredible! Euroventure does a great job of vetting out and searching for the best accommodation for its customers. They actually have visited and stayed in all of the hostels/hotels that they recommend – which I think is great. I cannot recommend a better company to book a trip though. I have nothing but high praise for Euroventure. They are a top class company who made a dream of mine become a reality and offered professionalism, class, care and even a few laughs along the way. Traveling can seem daunting and it can seem like it’s quite hard to do and I was nervous to do it – but the benefits outweigh the fear a million to one, I can’t help but think that Euroventure played a HUGE part in eliminating those fears. I am one very satisfied customer and I cannot wait to book through these guys again in the future, I have already shared their name (and my testimony) to many of my friends who are also looking to travel. I am glad that others wrote detailed reviews because that definitely helped me make a decision on whom to book with. Euroventure is the only company who can offer you expertise, peace of mind and a 5-star backpacking trip! It was an unforgettable experience and words really do not do it justice to just how amazing my trip was and how thankful I am for Euroventure for helping me accomplish a lifelong dream of traveling around Europe.
