My name is Marcel Rodriguez. I am writing this letter to complain about receiving missing products from your company.
I have ordered ENVE Foundation-Collection-65-Carbon-Tubeless-Disc-Wheelset on 6th June 2021.
I was calling the store to find out the status of my order, they said it was delivered to the store on 21st June 2021. The store opened the wheelset and said there was only one wheelset delivered and blaming the DPD the courier.
The customer service in store was unexpectable with lack of communication and have not been touch with the status on the order. There was no apologise and acknowledge an error was made. There was no communication with me, if the store was working to fix the mistake, and how long it will likely take to be resolved.
It’s has been over a month of constant disappointment in what was happening. I would be grateful for you to fulfil my initial order or please refund the amount of my order and compensation
