Purchased a Ridley bike from Evans cycles, which was due to be delivered by the following Thursday. When the bike didn't arrive I tried to find a contact number for them, with no success.
I managed to contact the courier who informed me that the bike had been damaged in transit and had been returned to Evans cycles on the Tuesday. There was no communication from Evans cycles at all, and it is impossible to speak to a human! Contact is only by Bot or email, which is terribly frustrating when your missing £2,500 worth of bike! After emailing and 'chatting' to a robot I finally got an email saying I was going to be refunded.
Decided to then call in the cardiff branch to see what bikes they had, the staff were ignorant! No 'hello' no 'can I help you?' We wandered around yhe bikes, showing an interest in them, but yhe 2 visible staff members made no effort to assist us, or even acknowledge we were there.
I wish I'd read these reviews before I bothered! Terrible customer service both online and in store.
