I went in to buy a pair of fiveten shoes having checked stock on their website.
Initially not impressed with having to wait what seemed like ages (probably only 5 minutes) to get served but am so glad I waited. To be fair it was busy.
Even though the shoes were already discounted they gave me another 10% off as they were a display model then price matched some road shoe cleats to CRC (another £6 off).
All in all very happy with the Cardiff branch at Dumfries Place.
