Purchase a bike on 17/4/20 shown in stock on the system, a week later Evans cycles emails to say that there is a delay in the order, which given the current circumstances, is perfectly acceptable.
2 weeks after handing over my money, I'm emailed to say due to a ‘systemic’ issue, my order can not be fulfilled and i will be sent a voucher, the following day, I’m emailed in response to my order query from the previous week to say that the lead time is 18-21 days.... so which is it?
Ive since been given the voucher, which i cant use as Evans cycles have nothing in stock in my size,
Nice one, il use it as a door stop then yeah?!
