I ordered a bike from them in May and it's not been dispatched within the timeframe stated on their website (3-7 days), it's now been three whole working weeks and I've been unable to get in touch with them to find out what is going on.
An email to their customer services states that responses will be received within 14 working days and their other channels seem to be unavailable.
I appreciate that this is a very busy time for them and can sympathise with delays but the lack of updates and ability to contact them is very frustrating. They also need to set realistic expectations about delivery of orders on their site - unless I've been very unlucky the stated derlivery time is very misleading.
