Like everyone else here by the looks, I have ordered a bike on the bike2work scheme. Ordered in June, told I would have it in August. August came and went, told 12th September, came and went with NO communication whatsoever. The shop now can't track the order, customer service don't reply to e-mails and their customer service phone line is not working despite being 6+ months into lockdown and bicycle sales booming!
Totally accept some delays but this is now a farce - I'm making payments and being told nothing. When pushed the guy in the shop (Edinburgh) said you should hopefully have it "this side of Christmas" - feel sorry for the guys in the shop as they're getting it in the neck. He accepted that the last 2 months have been a joke in terms of bikes and their customer service. They will take your money and don't really care if they can get you the bike even remotely close to when it is expected.
Will not be buying anything else from here or SportsDirect.
