Extremely poor communication, a gig was cancelled due to one of the band members having covid, I understand this can’t be helped however spend lots of money on tickets and have not had a reply in over two weeks despite 5 emails being sent and two messages via Facebook and instagram. The number provided states due to the current pandemic there is no phone line!
Not good enough if you ask me avoid at all costs! Pay extra and go with a well known ticket company.
I’m in the process of taking legal action! Absolute disgrace!
