We arrived arrived at city hall Newcastle to see lost in music early I asked security what time the show started I was told 8.50. We missed half of the show because we were given the wrong information. It actually started at 7.30. I have e-mailed the city hall & Eventim. No reply off either. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
