Hi Jonathan. I received my cross with crystals urn pendant and it is truly beautiful. I am so happy with the size of the pendant and also the engraving, which simply says 'Mum' and is all I need to feel closer to my dear mum. The pack was very easy to use to fill the urn and all packaged on a black velvet pad in a simple box and with great care. Thank you!
