From start to finish they were lovely. One of the pieces was out of stock so they said they could carry on with the other pieces and send the out of stock one at a later date, but they managed to get all pieces sent together as one was for my son to take away on his travels. The pieces of jewellery are beautiful and I feel like I have mum with me now at all times. Would highly recommend x
