I would like to thank your service for treating me with the upmost respect and dignity from start to finish. I was really anxious about sending my son’s ashes in the post. The curtesy email to inform me you had received him safely was so reassuring and comforting. I would also like to say the ashes kit sent was very dignified and made the transferring ashes process easier. Once delivered, again the packaging was dignified and I appreciated that he was returned home in a respectful manner. I am absolutely in love with my ring. So special and sentimental.
