From placing the order to receiving the items I can honestly say that I will be using Everwith again. The communication was excellent and the way that they treated the ashes with such dignity sending the unused back in a small discreet velour pouch. All 3 of my girls were overwhelmed with the teardrop ring and they now have a little of their dad with them at all times. I will be placing an order for two sets of cufflinks for my boys next.
