I had a great experience! I was initially a little intimidated because I know almost nothing about skincare but everyone was SO NICE. I'm getting married in a few months and my skin was a mess so I did a consultation with one person and then a facial with another and both were so nice and helpful. they worked out a plan and helped me figure out new products that would help with my skin. I felt great!
