I did the clear + brilliant at the Soho location with Arielle. She was lovely. Took the time to explain the different treatments, discussed my history and really made note when I told her I have sensitive skin. Make sure to stop any retinol or exfoliants a week before an appointment. My Face is definitely clearer but she said it takes a week to see optimal results. The treatment didn’t hurt at all. She puts a topical numbing cream for 10 min and then does the laser.. you feel something prickly - but no pain at all. She ends the session by putting on a gel mask and then spf - you feel your face and skin is super hydrated! It took a couple hours for the numbing cream to wear off but no issue. Just make sure for the following week also no retinol, exfoliants and to moisturize your face and hydrate well! Finally I recommend doing a consultation before any treatment you have booked. They really listen to your needs and recommend treatments based on that. Definitely didn’t feel they were trying to push on any treatments or make me buy any products - really was a pleasant experience!
