First, let me begin by saying I had only ever gotten Botox and fillers in a plastic surgeon’s office. I was hesitant about a MedSpa, but was referred by a friend who had begun coming to the Soho location. The ease of making the appointment was fabulous, online, picked a time, what I wanted, and knew what I would be paying up-front! This doesn’t happen at a plastic surgeons office cause every injector seems to have a different “set of qualifications” and different price. I was really pleased with that. I came in, I was treated so well, only waited a minute, got taken back by my nurse who was so deliberate and really talked to me through the whole process about what I wanted and even took the time to stop in the middle for me to see how the progress was and whether I was happy. I knew exactly how much of the syringe we used, I knew exactly where it was going, she completely evened out my face (one side is more full), and I could not have been happier with the experience. I couldn’t believe how much time she took with me to make sure I was comfortable with the results! I have never had such a great experience with injectable’s. She is a rockstar. I will definitely be coming back!
