It was my first time at Everbody. I had a reaction to Botox, something that never happened in over two decades of Botox use. I’m not blaming them for that, but after this area swelled and turned bright red, (and stayed that was for days), it really showed how different it is from going to a drs office. I’m not talking about the usual redness and Botox bump that go down quickly. This was evidently some kind of unusual reaction. They told me they had no idea what it was, they never saw that kind of thing before, they told me to see my derm, they also never called to follow up. That’s they least they could have done to be professional. I learned my lesson of going to a store front instead of a derm.
