Bree did a great job with clear and brilliant and the other person(?) that numbed me and did Botox was good. Olivia did the PRP, tried to draw blood 2x on left arm and could not get blood to come out even though I have good veins and have NEVER had this problem ever in all the routine bloodwork I have had done. It left me with two large bruises on my left arm. Finally, the other person tried on right arm and there was no problem getting blood. Also, I know I added PRP during appointment because I was told there was time to do it. It felt rushed and one was trying to do botox at same time blood was trying to be drawn on left arm- very stressful and I asked them to stop and do i thing at a time.
