Hello!
The skin specialist/technician was fabulous, but the reclining chair used during the facial was uncomfortable and there was not enough warm steam for a hydra facial.
I was also overcharged for my facial and paid for an hour long facial when I had only signed up for a 45 minute hydra facial.
I’ve had several hydra facials before in NYC and Aspen, Colorado and this was by far the most expensive.
